Guneesh is a 16 - year - old rising junior who attends Moreau Catholic High School and the co-founder of Formative Minds, a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring and educating younger students through engaging programs. A passionate soccer player, Guneesh balances his love for the sport with a demanding academic schedule, taking rigorous AP and Honors courses that reflect his strong interests in biology and coding. His dedication to learning and giving back showcases his drive to make a meaningful impact in the community through this venture, dating back to the summer of 2024.

Arjun is a 15-year-old rising junior who attends Livingston High School, and the co-founder of Formative Minds. He is a long-time football and basketball player, with interests in computer science and business. This year he is balancing full-year athletics with advanced academic courses. He has experience in STEM programs, taking many courses at top colleges. He has also taken many rigorous Honors and AP courses relating to his interests, and wants to help others expand their knowledge as well.

Shaurya is a 16-year-old sophomore who attends Moreau Catholic High School. His passions are volleyball, chess, football, and science. Outside of school, he participates in programs such as science fairs. He has taken many Honors and AP-level courses and is currently taking AP Precalculus and AP Statistics. He hopes to work in environmental engineering in the future. As a previous instructor in the Formative Minds Summer Academy, Shaurya is now our program director and is dedicated to helping young minds grow in a fun learning environment.

Sachin Ramesh is a 16-year-old rising junior who attends Evergreen Valley High School. He is interested in both tennis and computer science. He has taken many challenging math and science courses and is excited to join Formative Minds as a new teacher to help younger kids explore their interests too.

Vyom is a 16-year-old junior who attends Amador Valley High School. His passions include playing the guitar, computer science, and business. He has taken advanced AP courses before and is currently taking Honors Chemistry as well as 3 APs. Vyom often travels and likes to participate in dance. He enjoys volunteering and helping other kids learn more, and has done so in the past.
